ABOUT US
Private aviation should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
At Oliviair, our mission is simple: to make aircraft ownership more transparent, more manageable, and more rewarding. Every decision is rooted in trust, accountability, and long-term relationships with owners who expect more.
How Oliviair Began
our story
Oliviair was founded by Tim Heiser, who has spent over 15 years guiding high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and public figures through the complexities of private aviation.
Tim started flying at 17, joined the airlines at 23, and soon transitioned into business aviation.
Over the years, he saw how ownership was often clouded by vague reporting, hidden costs, and management firms more focused on scale than service.
Oliviair was built to change that. By staying intentionally small and selective, we provide the kind of personal oversight and clarity that larger firms can’t. For our clients, that means no surprises, no fluff—just disciplined management and honest guidance.

“I wasn’t new to private aviation, but I was tired of not knowing what I was really spending. Oliviair brought structure, transparency, and calm to the whole operation. I finally felt like someone was looking out for my side of the table.”
